  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Paper-line or grease 30 muffin cups.
  3. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  4. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and juice in large mixer bowl; beat until just blended.
  5. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  7. OPTIONAL! if you do not care about getting sick, you can taste your raw dough, don't blame us if you get sick though because you can get sick from doing this.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
